Summer Bitter

The latest of our quarterly pub ale series. Full of caramalts to bring a deep golden hue and honeyed malt flavours. A small addition of brown and chocolate malts add a touch of malt complexity to the malt bill. 

Hopped as always in our pub ale range with Bramling Cross to bring berry and hedgerow notes to the aroma.

VISUAL: Deep gold, with a loose foamy white head. Bright and glistening
AROMA: Sweet malt notes dominate complimented with notes of berries and hedgerows
TASTE: Sweet caramel and toffee notes, with light hints of chocolate and
coffee nestled in the background with berry freshness
MOUTHFEEL: Well balanced classic bitter, with a lip smacking lingering bitterness
