Pub Ale - Extra Special Bitter

For the last of our 4 seasonal pub ales, we've made a premium version of our Best Bitter. The ‘Extra Special Bitter’. Expect a big malty character alongside our usual pub ale hop combination of Bramling Cross, this time accentuated with a further dry hop to give hedgerow and bramble aromas. Fermented with S04 English Ale yeast at warmer temperatures to boost those traditional ale aromas, expect this beer to be a celebration of traditional beers.

VISUAL: A copper coloured, classic bitter with a foamy white head
AROMA: Old school yeast profile of fruity esters meets hedgerow and bramble aromas
TASTE: Chewy toffee malts with dark beery fruit flavour
MOUTHFEEL: Bitter leaning and full bodied

Mini casks are best drunk with in 3 days of opening. Contains live beer, please allow a few hours to settle for a clearer pint!
