No fancy gimmicks here, Pilsner malt with a dash of wheat, meets Lubelski, a special Saaz origin hop known for its great noble German lager beer character. Fermented with a bottom-fermenting lager yeast cold. This beer takes 4 weeks to mature in tank and is naturally carbonated by capturing the Co2 during the long, cold fermentation and conditioning.
The aroma of herbal spice with some bready notes. Tastes clean, crisp with subtle zest and a bready undertone finished with a bitter snap in the carbonation.
