Back for a second year after last years was so very very pleasing! We couldn't wait to do it again. In Simpatico returns... and this time, to cans!

The original Tipopils from Birrifico Italiano was in essence brewed in homage to the classic North German Pilsner. Jever, to be precise. The main difference being that it was further dry hopped gaining a bright hoppier finish. In our case i’ve chosen Ella just to go that one step further in adding a little grapefruit, lemon and bergamot note to an already crisp, bright, 30 day matured lager - then for this year we've added a touch more! With additions of Lemon Drop and Madarina Bavaria.

VISUAL: light and crisp look with a low level haze
AROMA: a fresh lemon peel hit with quintessential herbal notes
TASTE: citrus in the build up leading to clean and snappy bitterness
MOUTHFEEL: light and crispy with moreish effervescence
