A rich and complex malt bill drives this beer, giving notes of leather, coffee and bitter chocolate. We use Northern Brewer hops that gives a distinct Manchester nod to the true Northern heritage. Rich, indulgent & dark as the night is long. BUT - we then went off on one so to speak! And we've fancied doing this for a while. We've added copious dark chocolate and mint to up the bitter sweetness, and add a fresh minty edge and almost created ... you've guessed it. One of our fave Xmas type green box combos.

VISUAL: Black with a tight foam head
AROMA: Big chocolate, coffee and roasted dark malt and a fresh mint vibrancy
TASTE: Bitter malt flavours, suggesting bitter chocolate and coffee with a balanced sweetness - then hit with a further indulgent sweet chocolate edge and mint freshness
MOUTHFEEL: Full, smooth and creamy 

Mini casks are best drunk with in 3 days of opening. Contains live beer, please allow a few hours to settle for a clearer pint!
