A winter style? We think not! Here we have a true to style British Stout. Very complex malt flavours and aromas come from a fittingly complex blend of malts. We’ve blended 11 malts in total, Extra Pale, Europils, Crushed Oats, Torrified Wheat, Sauermalz, Crystal 150, Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Cara, Crystal 400 and Black Malt.
In terms of true to style beer icons, we've only one choice, UK hops! Meet the 3 British monoliths: Admiral, Phoenix and Goldings. All add a spicy, earthy and layered peppery pep approach to this complex beer.
VISUAL: Black with a tight foam head
AROMA: Notes of bitter chocolate, coffee and roasted malt
TASTE: Bitter malt flavours, suggesting bitter chocolate and coffee
MOUTHFEEL: Full, smooth and creamy
Mini casks are cask conditioned, this means for a clear pint please keep your mini cask upright. Once opened try to drink with in 3-4 days for best quality.
