Hinges Irish Red Ale - 5%

Our first Irish Red is brewed to be a supremely easy drinking pint. A blend of crystal, chocolate and munich malt gives a strong malt backbone to this beer, with notes of toffee and ovaltine on the nose. On the taste complex biscuit flavours dominate with a hint of roasted dryness on the backend. A blend of 3 golding hop varieties are bolstered with a small amount of meridian to help the traditional golding varieties pop.

VISUAL: Red copper, with an off white foam.
AROMA: Toffee, ovaltine, biscuits and hedgerow hop character
TASTE: Malt chewiness, with a linger dry roast character.
MOUTHFEEL: Malty, sweet leaning, without being cloying.

Mini casks are cask conditioned, this means for a clear pint please keep your mini cask upright. Once opened try to drink with in 3-4 days for best quality.
