Inspired by the German style we love, with a big tip of the cap to one of our favourite ever beers, Augustiner Helles.

Bready-sweet honeyed notes with herbal complexities and enough bitterness to just keep clawing you back in against that subtle malt sweetness and to create a beer remaining smooth and finishing with the lightest of lemony herbal hoppyness.
