The latest brew in our soft hazy cask series which features a changing hop combo with each version, ever tied to a lovely pillowy base. It's all about exploring the hops with this one and taking every single fruity drop from them. Today's version features an absolute powerhouse, the one that started it all if we're being honest, the amazing, dignified cascade hop, bringing along big grapefruit and citrus kicks, whilst its partner in crime is meridian. Meridian's really a much more modern beast and it really boots in with an almost minty freshness and juicy pineapple lemon flourish. It's another beautifully woven combo...

VISUAL: A lovely touch of sunny D yellow with a nice snow-storm-blur haze
AROMA: Huge ripe pineapple hits the nose first and foremost followed by zesty clementine, grapefruit & tropical fruits
TASTE: As the aroma, it's big on pineapple with a tiny almost mint freshness
MOUTHFEEL: lusciously full meets drinkability, with a tiny drying suggestion to finish

Mini casks are cask conditioned, this means for a clear pint please keep your mini cask upright. Once opened try to drink with in 3-4 days for best quality.
