With Chinook, Cascade and Centennial this goes back to the old school, the true classic pairings.

Expect as you'd expect; the classic bitter line, the counterpoint richer, fuller malt base and the Resin, Grass and Citrus offering of the classical C hops.

Our favourite style (isn't it guys?)

VISUAL: A little Malt led depth of amber takes this away from super pale, with a perfect bright clarity and bright white foam
AROMA: All of the Resin & Pine followed by fresh hits of Citrus and a little Skunky Grass edge
TASTE: That ever so slight touch of sweet leather and resin followed by juicy (not in the new sense!) hopping offering that zippy tart a little grapefruit edge and A snappy little bitterness pulling back
MOUTHFEEL: Pushing to the fuller side with that slick richer West Coast malt base but the bitter snap brings you into a clear drinking focus
