Dark Ruby Mild - 5.2% - 5ltr Mini Cask

Another beer from our Pub Ale range. These sets of beers show our passion for the beers styles that have honoured the bars of the great British pub for the last few hundred years. 

This time it's the time honoured and some what forgotten classic style of beer, the Ruby Ale. Falling into the style of Mild but with a proper original ABV, this is a combination of 5 different coloured malts giving a big malty complexity. You'll find notes of chocolate, toffee, chicory. 

Fermented with traditional English ale yeast at a warmer temperature to give a nose of fruity esters; plumbs and ripe pears.
