Dry, bitter, clean and extremely quenching with an almost lagered base aspect - then hit with a bracing late dry hop bill - all of which are Noble hops, making for an extra hoppy blonde pale ale. Rolling back the years on how Pale Ales were. It gives citrus but this is really all about herbs, spice and grass, prickly white pepper notes and pithy bitterness.

VISUAL: Light and Bright
AROMA: Herbal, floral and with light citrus notes
TASTE: Piney, herbal hop notes with a little lemon, a big bitterness and drying finish
MOUTHFEEL: Quenchingly light bodied and spritzy
